Eldredge Marion Coker, age 66 years of 1022 Gibbs Street, died Thursday at a local hospital. He was a member of the Aldersgate Methodist Church, a member and Past Master of Brahan Lodge No. 226 of Lavernia, Texas, a member of Woodmen of the World and Siemering Lodge No. 32, Herrmann Sons. Survivors: Wife, Mrs. Edith Carter Coker, San Antonio; daughters, Mrs. W. F. Couser, Chicago, Ill., Mrs. Ronnie Lucke, San Antonio; brothers, Vaughn Coker, Everett Coker, Carlton Coker; sister, Mrs. V. L. Jones, all of San Antonio; 5 grandchildren. Service Saturday at 10 o’clock at the Porter Loring Chapel with Rev. Gus A. Schulze and Rev. W. L. Froehner officiating. Pallbearers: A. L. Granger, C. E. Holloway, V. Royce Jones, Reginald C. Jones, William F. Couser, R. Lucke Jr. Friends may send contributions to the Polio Foundation. Interment in Coker Cemetery under the auspices of Brahan Lodge No. 226, AF & AM.
