Robert Summers Pipes, age 9, of 7611 Woodhaven, died Friday. He was a member of Alamo Heights United Methodist Church. Survivors: Parents, Dr. and Mrs. William F. Pipes; brother, David Farrar Pipes; grandmother, Mrs. William H. Winerich, all of San Antonio. Service Monday at 10 o’clock at Alamo Heights United Methodist Church, Dr. Calvin Froehner officiating. Pallbearers: Bob Mallard, Lamoine Holland, Wallace McGee, David Steves, Dr. Arthur Allison, Dr. Robert Laughlin. Those who desire may send memorial gifts to Methodist Hospital or A.M.A.E.R.F through Bexar County Medical Society or Alamo Heights United Methodist Church. Interment in Coker Cemetery.
